She’s a full-bodied Belgian blonde that’s light on the mouth but will still beat you in arm wrestling and steal your sandwich. Fermented at a variety of temperatures to bring out the full flavor profile of the yeast, she has been through it all, and stands strong. So what if she wants a generous helping of horehound hard candy to go with the earthy bitterness of her hops? She doesn’t need anyone’s approval, but confidently stands on her belief in her own goodness. We salute her strength of character and stubborn determination.
