Named for the famously-fearless Irish pirate Gráinne O’Malley, this red ale delivers vivid color and calm flavor. We fermented this brew with London ale yeast which gives it a bold and crisp finish that is just slightly fruity. Paired with Marris Otter English malt—mild, nutty, and heavier in body than pale malt—the combination invokes the fierce and stalwart spirit of Irish heritage.
