200ml keg from Ironic Taproom (12 lei) :
Pale, muted gold in colour with a thin white lacing around the circumference with nothing in the middle. It's a sour but mellow nose with passionfruit, earthy notes & a herbal tea type aroma. It's floral & funky at the same time with a honey sweetness to round things off; it's an unusual one. It's a very sharp & dry with citrus, floral touches & an earthy tea taste that's very sour with a hint of the fruity sweetness from the nose here too. Strong, fine carbonation, a light body & a really sour, funky finish that's very dry - definitely not one to rush.
