When Congress ended DC’s legislature in 1873, its members emptied the chamber in protest, down to the feather dusters. "Feather duster legislature” became a way to dismiss home rule. This soft, hazy IPA should not be taken lightly.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Paleest and nice looking golden amber body, with just barely a touch of haze (which adds to my appeal honestly). Has a real nice glow and shine to it as well. Classic rocking three finger head with a mix of fine and swiss cheese bubbles, and solid retention.
Muted hop presence, flirting with mushy tropical fruit and dank hop action. Comes off with a bit of heat as well, and a chewy sweet malt presence also.
Palate makes a simple romp. Decent almost creamy touching malt backbone, with a mid hop muted continuing presence. Flirts more with citrus but faint flavors of mushy pineapple and mango slightly with a good pine like heated bitterness on the finish.
Decent IPA just not a great one. Things could be a lot worse that's for sure.
