This is one I think will go up in my estimation with additional sessions. They call it a DDH Soft IPA. Using YCH Simcoe, BarthHaas, Mosaic Incognito, Roy Farms El Dorado CGX, and Roy Farms Azzaca hops it is a nicely light IPA in scent and taste. Has a good fresh bread base with light fruit and flowery notes. Definitely will try this again.
