Slight haze on the amber brew and plenty of foam in the Copper Kettle goblet. Pleasing sudsy carbonation, malty body. Flavors of orange, papaya, and mango, with lime peel finish. This is sweeter than average but seems to help the fruit stand out. Quite moderate bitterness, but enough. Quite delicious as it warms up with a zing of acidity. Hops are listed as Amarillo, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin, and YCH Mosaic. From the 16 oz can purchased at Garden Path by the Skagit airport. Dated 04/09/23.
