“I must have flowers, always, and always.”
- Claude Monet
“Only paper flowers are afraid of the rain.”
- Mary Quant
As we head into Fall, and with it, the vibrant blooms of spring and summer, we’ve discovered a way to keep them fresh with both paint, and paper. We recently fell in love with art of paper flowers. Vibrant, subtle, whimsical, gorgeous paper flowers.
We made this IPA in collaboration with our talented friend, and paper flower artist, Quynh Nguyen, to celebrate the release of her book, The New Art of Paper Flowers. Pour yourself a pint, grab some Italian crepe paper, and build yourself a world of everlasting florals to sustain you through the cool months to come.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head, and this recedes back to islands and a ring. Leaves behind scattered short strings of lacing.
Aroma has a real bouquet of hop's expressions of hay, dank herb, and light citrus.
Taste has a bready and sweet malt base but the hops shine here. Flavors of dank earthiness and lemongrass. There is an aftertaste that stays dank and herbal but gets quite thin.
Medium mouthfeel. Some slickness in the texture. Bitterness level is in line with the herb. Okay carbonation.
Excludes sweetness and a soft texture. Some tongue numbness but the bitterness is kept in moderation.
