Poured a 473ml can into a pint glass. A one finger bubbly tan head on a cloudy amber brown. The head diminishes to a thin layer.
Lots of sweet malts in the nose.
The taste is a bit thinner than the smell would indicate. A mild hop finish.
Moderate body and carbonation.
A pretty good bock. Smooth and well balanced.

Pours a dark brown almost red colour with a small head that doesn’t last long. Very sweet and malty on the nose. The sweetness carries on into the taste for a sweet woody (not smokey) flavour. Quite nice. Flattish mouthfeel. Oct 26 2021
