Lucky enough to squeeze in under the closing time on a Saturday night. Small, initimate space with a nice layout, seating option variety. Bar? I don't think so. Friendly service and some bar snacks available to purchase. I don't think they'll put a dent in Barley Browns business, but it is nice to have another option in Baker.

this place is absolutely fantastic, a wonderful addition to this small town, right in the heart of it, unassuming older looking building from the outside, but gorgeous and bright and contemporary on the inside, minimal in some ways but also well thought out, i like the art, the furniture and seating arrangements, and orientation of the bar, the place is bisected by it, windows all around. i found an old vintage chair to post up in, wonderful place to be, relaxed and unpretentious as it gets, but not in any way a dive, love the vibe here. the list was modest but thoughtful, eight or ten beers flowing, i had time for a clever and very light festbier as well as a nitro stout in the irish style, both were executed absurdly well, but i saw the system back behind the bar on my way to the bathroom, just a tiny little rig, if you make beer this small, you have control of every element, and it darn well should be this good, but still, it shows some real understanding and technical expertise, both were objectively fantastic, unexpectedly great. the service was also a plus for these guys, i assume the owner and brewer although i did not confirm, guy was great, humble but informed, proud but cautious, he has an awesome thing going here. free snacks which is thoughtful, but no real food, perfect little happy hour or late night spot, not sure the hours. loved the beers, the mellow nature of the place, and will definitely be back. these guys are onto something, well ahead of the curve, highly recommended!
