Copenhagen 25/4 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. A very colorful can with horizontal purple, blue, orange, red, green and yellow stripes favela style.
Pours opaque, murky, slightly dirty yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as lump of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with strong tart, citric scent. Peach ad pineapple. Grapefruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Satisfying dry and bitter NEIPA with enough sweetness to lighten it a bit.
