Frederiksberg 22/10 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of stone fruits soon overpowered by a tart, citric scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. Lingers for a while. Finish
A bit one dimensional but with a more than decent bitter bite.
