I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a pub glass.
Appearance: medium golden-yellow hue with plenty of haze and a finger of ivory foam.
Smell: moderate sweetness with a kind of citrusy hop aroma. It’s not bad, but it could be cleaned up a bit IMO.
Taste: moderately sweet and soft malt with some citrusy character. Not too bad for a blonde ale — definitely on the hoppy side, if not super complex or anything. Maybe not totally my thing.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a well integrated carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: I mean, it’s not terrible or anything. Just a bit … meh.
