Bought a 0.5l bottle of this at a Getränkemarkt across the street from my Augsburg Gasthaus for 0.95EU (plus dep). Quaffed this in my room while packing-up on my last night of the trip, 02OCT09.
Has the standard, clear mahognay hue, with a bit of carbo here and there. A full, creamy, smooth tan head rises to 2" and lasts well, with good lacework. Light caramel and toffee highlight the aroma, with some sweetness. Could be stronger, though. Mouthfeel is made up of a medium body, with an easy feel on the palate.
Solid sweetness, without being cloying, starts the proceedings off, with light toffee and caramel. This one is more sweet than anything, though. There is some mild, residual floral hopping present to keep the sugars in check. Not bad, all in all. Prosit!!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
