Here's another selection from the 24th annual dipa festival on February 10, 2024. Ol girl likes to say yikes a lot, seemed like a good enough reason to give this a whirl, like Bob Dylan sang, its all good. I just added the beer to this Next Glass owned database, and I'll go ahead and write a review. You're welcome.gif.
Pours a very light straw kind of yellow, about the lightest malt bill appearance of the day. Let's go hop water. Thin 1/5" white head. Aroma is a nice, balanced blast of aroma and bittering hops. Columbus probably dual usage. Mosaic carrying nose weight tropical and berries. Light weed Columbus probably.
The taste is bouyed by the Nectaron. Fuzzy stone fruit acidity to it. Simcoe bulks up the mouth feel, despite the ultra lite body, the Simcoe doesn't overpower and go into a metallic bitterness, stays with those green tree vibes thank you Simcoe and Columbus.
I'd definitely like to check this place out, its a pretty area about halfway between Modesto and Yosemite. You dig it the most Outdoor Woman.
