On tap a the brewery.
Clear amber pouring beer. A 1 finger creamy white head formed that had great retention, and very sticky looking lacing.
The nose has a lot of pine on it. I also get a faint tropical aroma from the hops.
Taste - oh wow! There's a lot of pine here. Great bitterness in this beer and it lingers. There are a few tropical notes, but the pine is the main hop flavor.
Nice full body. Bitter feeling lingers.
This is like it's name - a very solid old school IPA, and I love it.
