A classic and now trendy beer sweeping taprooms everywhere...the Cream Ale! You asked, and we caved. A similar version was originally brewed for friends of ours and Back Shed, Curt and Sandie. This version uses floral hops, simple grains, a touch of corn and Kolsch yeast to create an easy drinking yet surprising pilsner like complexity.

Clear pouring golden beer. Lots of carbonation rising in the glass. White head.
Nose is well, not the best. Astringent is the best way to describe it.
Taste- it is a creamy beer. Good malt bill. Buttery biscuit. Astringent backside, not pleasing.
Bubbly feeling and crisp.
Interesting, but that weird smell and taste knock it down a lot.
