On tap at the brewery
This is a very clear pouring beer. Golden in color. Tons of carbonation shooting up in the glass. The head is 1 finger, fluffy, white, and long lasting with great lacing.
The aroma is very floral. I almost get the sense I am walking through a flower garden. Hint of biscuit also shows up.
The flavor is quite interesting. I get a good buttery biscuit hit up front. The floral element hits in the middle. The finish has a nice hop bitterness that has a hint of pine in it. There is a slight pepper element that also shows up in the flavor.
The carbonation makes it feel bubbly. It is smooth, and almost creamy feeling. Very full bodied. This also does not drink like an 8.5% beer.
This is damn delicious. I am amazed by it, and hope they make it again.
