This beer is labeled as a “staff favorite “ at the brewery. I understand why. The brettanomyces lend a fresh herbal, earthy taste. The barrel raging lends a warming boozy character. Poured from tap into a tulip glass. Clear yellow with good head and lacing. A bit of lemon and juniper. Good beer!
