Locals aren’t exactly fond of “cedar season” around Austin, but we took the best parts of the local cedar trees (also called Ashe Junipers), the boughs and berries, and brewed a pale ale that will give hopped beers a run for their money. Medium bodied, botanical, fruity, and with a distinct sweet juniper aroma, this beer is a perfect introduction to our Wildcraft program.

Poured from a bottle purchased at the brewery into a tulip glass. Clear golden yellow color with nice foamy white head and great curtain lacing. Smell and taste of cedar and pine. Juniper and herbal flavors. Rustic and earthy. This is something I would get again.
