This Bohemian-inspired recipe was brewed with a focus on our process to make a light, clean, crisp Texas Pilsner. We use reverse osmosis to remove most of the minerals from our well water allowing the Texas Pilsner malt and Crystal hops to shine. Pairs great with a game of fetch in our dog park!

Here we go, another beer from the Texas trip over 6 months ago. And yes, I'm the first one to not only add the beer to this Next Glass website, but also the first to review it. You dig it the most.
Pours a golden yellow color, looks good. 1/2" white head. The aroma hits a nice lemongrass sulphur yeast presence. Finally. Throw in some contributory Saaz hops to keep the aroma a high point for the beer.
The taste doesn't push as hard on the hops or yeast, but its no pushover either. This ain't no happiness in slavery. Still keeps the lemongrass presence, not sure what Texas pilsner malt is other than its from Texas, but it is fitting in the golden waves of grain presence in both the taste and mouth feel. The mouth feel stays light even if it isn't the most crisp of all pilsners. Think of it as a lemon rind lemongrass Texas pilsner. Not bad. Was probably the best beer I had there.
