This EAST COAST IPA is a tribute to the Idaho 7 hop. The tropical citrus flavors are boosted with stone fruit juiciness from late additions of El Dorado and the result is like biting into a perfectly ripe tangerine.

Another beer from the Texas trip over 6 months ago. Despite that, I just added the beer to this Next Glass database. I will also provide a review. You love to see it when it happens. Ha ha even they don't call it that. Dunk.

Pours a copper cloudiness. 1/4" white head. The aroma is mild, there is a feint hint of commercial tug job stone fruitiness to it. I find El Dorado's tropical agricultural tug job to be overstated generally and the general stereotype is on point here.

The taste pushes along with Idaho 7 teaming up with El Dorado to produce a level of bitterness more akin to other ipa subgenres than this one. Lucky for you, that's my mouthfeel jam. So I will say, the best thing this beer does it provide a hearty bitterness to a style that tries to keep the bitterness on the downlow. Its like a middle aged type who is so proud their failed child rearing is over, living best life, short term goals narrative for new town on Tinder. Pass it around, mileage all over town. Gotta have that funk. Its mostly bittering hops without much in the way of flavor. Flaked body might be nonexistant.
