Cloudy, slightly tart german-style fruited wheat beer with low alcohol by volume. A very refreshing summer beer, brewed with Whal's organic peaches from Stonewall, Texas.

Another beer from the Texas trip 6 months ago. Despite that gap in time, I am the first person to add the beer to this Next Glass database. I'm also writing a review for it because I'm not a sociopath who just adds beers.
Pours a peach copper colored beer, fails to really amass or hold a headspace. It gets better. There is a mild peach aspect to the nose, but the wheat is lacking. Any desire for anything more complex bug space wise or oak isn't happening. Hard stainless steel.
The taste brings this much into the realm of berliner weiss, it was kind of touch and go in terms of whether this should be a "berliner-style" ale. And maybe it still should, but the taste was enjoyable, seemed to kick down the basics, peach and wheat. Nuff said. The mouth feel could use some more of those aforementioned complexities, not to mention a slight hit of more carbonation, but its fine, just fine, could be more dry too.
This isn't my favorite berliner, and it might not even be fully within style guidelines, but it'll tickle that thirst in a satisfactory way.
