A: Pours a murky medium golden reddish burnt orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate ruby red + orange + pale orange + apricot + honey colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall fizzy sudsy pillow off-white head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of very slightly mottled very thin film covering approximately 40% of the surface of the beer and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of slightly sweet/slightly tart raspberries + citrus/tangerine + citrus/lime over the top of light to moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness and moderate lemon citrus lacto tartness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness and moderate lemon citrus lacto tartness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of slightly sweet/slightly tart raspberries + citrus/tangerine + citrus/lime. Moderate amounts of lingering tartness along with raspberries + citrus flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly stronger than moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly acidic prickliness in the mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a nice combination of sweet + tart raspberries along with lime and tangerine. Refreshing.
