Taster pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a glass.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. White head which leaves some thin lacing on the glass.
Light aroma of toasted malts and fruit/spicy hops.
Taste is bready sweet with an ending hop bite. Flavors of toasted white bread and lemon/floral/spicy notes from the hops. Aftertaste is mostly bready malts once the hop bite recedes.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and crisp finish. Very good carbonation.
Fits for style with the combo of sweetness and a slight bitter bite.
