A collaboration brew between Trider's Craft Beer & Truro Brewing Company.
"Local, independent, rural. Joe (Trider’s) & Jana (Truro) are two North Shore brewers who simply love what they do. Brewing beer the right way. In small hand-crafted batches from high quality ingredients. They may have different brewing styles, but have combined creative forces with amazing results. A smoked lager otherwise known as Rauchbier, was brewed with smoked beechwood malt and aged long and cool to create a nice clean finish. The result is an amber-coloured, clear beer with notes of spice and smoke. Pairs well with smoked meats, cheeses and gatherings of 10 or less!"

Clear amber with an even head and cap. Sweet malt nose. Medium malt body, sweet with a dry finish from the smoke. Nice crispness for drinkability.
