A 6.2% ABV hefeweizen brewed with all German malt, hops and yeast. This beer follows a traditional double decoction mash regimen. Through a targeted mash rest and controlled fermentation schedule we offer notes of clove, banana, citrus and a ton of bubblegum. Our team enjoys pouring you beer, but they love crafting their own for you to try. Our beer slinger Kevin Winston crafted this beer in Point!

Appearance: Clear with particles in suspension, ok head.
Smell: Floral, cloves.
Taste: Sweet, bubblegum with some clove in the middle, light bodied.
Overall: Super drinkable, seems on the border of the hefe/american pale wheat styles. Seems like it would be a good summer beer but a little low on flavor for a hefeweizen.

From a 16oz can. No date on the can.
This beer has a very clear golden pour to it. I am somewhat surprised by it. There's a thick 3 finger fluffy white heat to this beer that prevents me from pouring the whole can in at once. Great head retention, and there's some lacing on the glass. This beer does murk up a bit as I pour in the rest of the can.
The wheat flavor is pleasing with a great mix of the banana and cloves.
Taste - Very strong with the banana flavor up front with the cloves right behind. I get a huge bubblegum flavor on the back, and have to wonder if there's some Belgian yeast in here. It is quite pleasing.
The body seems pretty damn good for the style. Full, and smooth.
I like this style, and this beer is a good representation of the style.

From a can in the city where it’s made. A great example of the style. Fresh and flavorful. Matched well with our small plates dinner. Now I want to go to the brewery and buy a sampler.
