Appearance: Clear dark red, small head with poor retention.
Smell: Dark fruit, earthy.
Taste: Follows the smell, balanced with mild dark fruit and earthy hops. Almost a slight roasty note. Very light body. Finishes earthy.
Overall: Very easy drinking Irish red, not a style I usually go for these days but used to drink lots of Killian’s. This is a step up from those days and still very sessionable.
