A nod to the curlers in the area and Scottish origins of the game. We built this wee heavy to accentuate the malt-forward aspects of the style and then boiled portions of it for 6+ hours to further enhance notes of toffee, dark fruit and rich malt goodness. An Eight Ender is a perfect score in a throw of curling and we thought it was a perfect name for our winter warmer. Slàinte Mhath!
