Pours a very dark amber color with a small light tan head that goes away quickly. Smells yeasty with notes of licorice. Taste is of a grainy licorice which tastes weird but for some reason I like it.

Pours a clear, orange-brown body; semi-transparent in the glass; fair head, initially thick and frothy, soon fading to a patchy, bubbly appearance. Spicy and alluring aroma; coriander and ginger; candi sugar; star anise. Nice flavor; a bit nutty with brown sugar overtones; earthy spiciness; amburana. Medium body; mild stickiness; very light dryness.
A very pleasant, malt-forward beer with an allspice and amburana character.
Pouring temperature: 40 °F; canning info: n/a

Pour very dark ruby brown, fizzy looking head, recedes quickly but leaves a nice little ring of dirty white
The nose is very bubble gum like to me, intensely so; could smell while pouring…spices and floral smell, potpourri like.
The taste brings a surprise of rich malt and some dark fruit; the flavors noted in the nose pop up in aftertaste but not nearly as strong as I would’ve thought.
Medium body, slightly thin but with a nice finish, little bit of nut skin like bitterness, decently drying on the tongue.
