Moor's Kölsch smells soft like attenuated malt, is light and crushable with notes of subtle stone fruitiness and baking spice then has a delicate dryness and slight pucker in the finish.

16 oz. can pours a clear golden color with lots of bubbles rising to an average white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma has lemon, grainy pilsener malts, and some light floral hops. Taste is initially sweet but ends up slightly bitter. Body is light with a crisp mouthfeel. Flavors are very clean. Although this is a relatively simple beer, there are no problems at all.
