Salty Pecker Brewing Company

My wife and I stopped here on a Friday afternoon to try their beers. The pub is situated in an end unit of a small retail strip mall that fronts on a busy commercial street. Parking and access to the pub is from the back side. The place wasn't busy yet, so service was good. It's a small pub with a small bar with seating, which is what we chose. A large fireplace crowds the middle of the place and makes it seem even smaller than it is. A patio is locayted on the street side of the building. There are 5-6 arcade games just inside the entrance. We liked the vibe.

There are 14 taps that had 12 beers, one cider and one seltzer available. We chose a sampler flight of 4 beers in an attempt to get an overall evaluation of the beers. Each was brewed well to style, and we gave an overall rating of 3.69 to them. Our favorite was the Bigfoot Double Chocolate Pecan Stout, which we gave a 4.0 rating. It was quite murky, otherwise it would have scored much better. Soft drinks are available for the non-beer drinker.
