Dark brown and malty, this beer is basically a Belgian Dubbel with some spices added - namely bitter orange peel and some nutmeg - along with the expected spicy Belgian yeast and just the right amount of German and Czech hops. It is slightly malty with notes of fig and plum - a great "winter warmer" at 8.1% ABV. Enjoy the subtlety of the malts, hops, spices, and yeast as you close out the New Year!
