Half litre bottle,minimal head, pale colour, very clear. Slight hoppy aroma, hint of Saaz and some English hops. Fairly bitter for a Lagerbier. Hints of flowers with a sweet finish. Fair amount of gas. Overall an easy to drink thirst quenching beer, not as interesting as other Franconian beers but not as harsh as beers produced by the big German breweries.
