Public House 28 Brewery

This place is out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by farmland and pecan groves. The building looks like a double-wide, with tables on one side and the bar on the other. Functional, not very attractive. The patio more than makes up for the lack of ambience. Expansive, with a dozen or so picnic tables.
Eleven beers on tap, one guest tap. Also some canned cocktails. I had La Carga, a west coast IPA and my wife had Napolean Complex, a session IPA. Both were OK.
Service was good, considering there were only two people working.
If you're looking for a time with friends enjoying decent beer, maybe with your dog sleeping under the table, this is the place.

 

Very cool in the middle of nowhere northeast of El Paso. Spacious warehouse building with high ceiling and open walls, so place is very breezy. Patio area is massive, and we'll laid out and shaded. Only 3 of their own beers on tap, with maybe 6 or 8 guests. I had the IPA which was a bit on the harsh side. Great place to hang out with people.

4 of their own beers on tap and 8 or more guest beers as well as other alcohol drinks can be found here in late fall 2021. Six or so inside tables and a small bar are quite spacious, but, outside is amazing for such an out of the way place. 12 to 15 tables and picnic tables are scattered among cottonwood trees and other fauna and with a light breeze blowing through today makes me want to stay here all damn day.
