A- Golden brown color, semi-clear, thin white ring of head around the glass
S- Caramel malts, honey, brown sugar, toasted nuts
T- Honey, rock candy, light malts, caramel, faint hint of hops
M- Light/medium body, little/medium carbonation, sweet start, watery finish
D- Not worth buying again
This almost tastes more like soda pop than a beer. Very sweet and sugary then the flavors fade too quickly to an overall mild feeling.

I had this at the Red Rooster, a family restaraunt in Niagara on the Lake. It was served ICE cold, way too chilled.
It pours a clear amber with a small film of a head and good lace webs. The sweet aroma has a definite fruit character, I sense peaches. No hops are discernable in the nose. The taste is too sweet. Theres a bit of herbal honey and some grain husk but not much malt depth. The finish is bland, just sweetness and no hops to speak of. The mouthfeel is thin but slick from the residual sweetness.
Overall this is too sweet and bland. Its one of Niagara's least interesting offerings.

Clear, dark amber with a bit of a reddish hue, with a very light tan head. Fair retention and thick sheets of lace. Sweet aroma, faint honey and caramel. Same in the flavour, along with low bitterness that comes forward at the end. Maybe a bit of nuttiness. Dry, light body, generous carbonation. A pretty average offering, but nothing out of place. Another decent transition brew for your macro-loving buddies.

On tap at Fourno's in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario.
Appearance: carmel with golden edges and a sticky white head.
Smell: Light honey and wheat notes cascade out of the glass.
Taste: Honey sweetness at first followed up by a mild, bitter hop finish. The hop profile increases as this beer warms and some spicy and peppery notes shine through and give my palate some warming love taps.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a crisp finish. A nice sweet aftertaste clings to my teeth and tongue.
Drinkability: A nice brew and great throughout my meal.
I paired it with the fish n' chips and it really hit the spot. Good stuff.
