I am so far behind. On tap at the brewery on a motorcycle trip this summer.

Lightly floral tasting, hoppy pilsner. A little bit of honey, and even some apple (not sure if that's from the hops or yeast or what). And this isn't the first Maine pils I've had with some apple taste, wtf? Oh well. Balanced and drinkable, although I'd probably like it a bit more if it had more of a bready malt foundation under those sharp herbal/fruity notes.

Light fizzy head, lower retention, clear golden pale color

Nose cereal grain doughy malt, light straw, light herbal floral hops

Taste big doughy cereal grainy malt, straw, thick chewy cereal grain, fair herbal floral hops, light bitterness, dry finish with med to a little higher spicy hop bitterness

Mouth is med to fuller bod, med prickly carb

Overall pretty nice
