I am so far behind. On tap at the brewery on a motorcycle trip this summer.

Pint on draft at El Rayo.
Appearance: Pale yellow with a solid but short white head. Clear, transparent, looks like beer.
Aroma: Little bit of hops, some grass, grain. Clear and crisp.
Taste: Super refreshing lager with a touch of hops. Cut grass. Some faint grain that is not overpowering. Follows nose, but more flavorful than nose would suggest.
Mouthfeel: Light and easy. Perfect beer to pair with a jalapeƱo-laden burrito, as I did.
Overall: Terrific entry from Zoo. This will be my go-to if it becomes more widely available, especially on hot days or with Mexican food.
