On draft at the Union Diner in Laconia NH. Poured into a strange glass shaped like a beer can.
Pours a dark orange with a 2 inch sticky white head, leaves rings of lace.
Smell is hard candy, clove, pepper, butter, caramel, and hints of banana.
Taste follows perfectly clove, pepper, and butter up front with hard candy and caramel in the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, plenty of life, not dry, and very easy going down.
Overall not my favorite style, but this is a very nice trippel
