Draft at the brewery
Light fizzy head, hazy pear light color, way too light
Nose fruit forward, pear, little apple, little citrus, faint wheat,
Taste pills doughy wheat, toasted notes with mild grassy hops, fruity esters, apple pear, little tartness, lemony acidic note, touch of peppery phenols but also bread dough
Mouth is lighter bod
Overall didn't get much for hefe characters, plus a little tartness, not too well done
