Had on tap. Taste is grilled pineapple, brown sugar, pineapple juice, white bread, and salt. Really salty, medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Pineapple taste comes out more as the beer warms. On the saltier side for goses. Interesting flavor profile. Would be really curious to try some of the other Salinity Now brews if I lived closer.
