Pours a milky light orange with a stiff 2F head and a lot of lacing.
Smells of grassy, piney hops with some citrus.
Tastes of tart and bitter grapefruit , orange and lemon with a bitter, salty finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Dry, smooth mouthfeel.
This brew is almost edgy tart and bitter overall with a bit of a malt profile. Too much bitter sediment in the can doesn't help.

This hazy double IPA is one of the smoothest, and most tasteful beers I have ever had. Jacked up has set the bar for me and I tend to compare all the beers that I try to this beer

Had on tap. Pours hazy, milky gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is pineapple, guava and grapefruit. Medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter. The finish is extremely bitter for the style and leaves an acidic finish nullifying the first sips. Did not finish.

Excellent flavor balance and moderately hoppy. Vic Secret, Azacca and Mosaic Hops. Citrus and tropical fruits. Aroma is especially good- tropical fruit and citrus. Quite enjoyable to drink.

From a 16 oz. can dated 06/29/21. Sampled on July 10, 2021 so fairly fresh.
The appearance is what you7 might think from a NEIPA with a milky, hazy, opaque yellow color underneath a lingering white head.
Aromas of citrus, fruit, orange juice. and cereal grains. Pretty typical for the style.
Th3e taste begins sweet and bready and then the fruity characteristics kick in to give this a boost. It is basically the same as any other beer like this.

Stream on conciousness notes:
As I pour it out...booze heat and pineapple hop juice hit my nose hard.
3" white, dense Sea foam head is held high and wide.
Bitter herbs, sea grasses and peppery citrus continues....
Straw haze come color, pretty much opaque.
Juicy, juicy body, smooth, juicy.
Tart and earthy bitter, leafy hop assert right off in the taste. Smack!
Stone fruit, sea water and mild ginger crispness happens next.
Grainy, grainy golden malted earth rides through substantially.
"Peach undertones" soaked in booze.
Unique, complex, maybe a bit weird and unyielding.

Can from The Packie
Pours a hazy dark grapefruit golden color with a good sized frothy off white head that slowly recedes. Oxidized hops and fruit against a bready maltiness. Bitter mouthfeel light to moderate alcohol. Better than some.
