Can pour with frothy thick 1 finger head, good retention, sticky lacing, basically black color with mahogany light sneaking through
Nose rich dark malt, cereal malt, little toasted, hint of chocolate, more roasted malts and coffee,
Taste more dark malts, cereal grain and a bit of toasted bread, plenty of roasted malt without overpowering, hint of chocolate, coffee and cream, light herbal spicy hop bitterness, then dry finish with higher spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med bod, med carb, soft lager
Overall solid, good job in recipe and the brewing
