This Blonde Pours A Deep Golden Color. Medium Bodied. Orange Zest And A Hint Of Bubblegum Derived From The Yeast Take Over The Aroma. The Use Of Aromatic Malt Give This Beer A Nice Malty/Sweet Backbone. The Finish Balances The Spice (Black Pepper) From The Yeast With The Earthiness Of The Noble Hops Used.

A: Pours a slightly cloudy deep golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate copper + medium golden yellow + pale orange + peach + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall creamy sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thin film covering a little more than 40% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of pale + wheat + grainy malts with a moderate amount of grainy + candi sugar sweetness. Moderate aromas of spicy + light fruits (apple + pear) + bubblegum notes from the yeast. Finally there is a light aroma of citrus/orange zest + earthy hops.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of pale + wheat + grainy malts with a moderate amount of grainy + candi sugar sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of spicy + light fruits (apple + pear) + bubblegum notes from the yeast. Finally there are light flavors of citrus/orange zest + earthy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which slowly fades away leaving lingering yeast flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Drinks pretty easily with pretty well hidden alcohol and just a hint of dryness in the finish. Enjoyable with fairly classic flavors and aromas.
