Had this on 2023-04-15 at Log Spirit Distillery (collaborator on this beer) on tap
A - Hazy light brown. No head. Light malt.
S - Mild gin and fruit.
T - Surprisingly tasty. Definitely can tell it is a Kristallweizen. .Brown bread. Caramel. Citrus. Alcohol is subdued. Earthy spice. Before tasting it, I though it might be a muddled mess with the beer put in Log Spirit gin barrels that had previously been used for Log Spirit wheated bourbon, but it all meshed really, really well. I couldn’t believe it was still refreshing and tasty at 10.5%
M - Medium body. Light carbonation. Clean
O - Tasty finish. Wow.
