On tap at the brewery pub in Clemson.
Appearance. Dark brown, nearly black body with a good tan head.
This is primarily a coffee imperial stout. It has a faint vanilla tone and just a suggestion of cinnamon sugar donuts. The ABV is very well hidden. Apparently the brewer has been working on the recipe for a while and it shows. Given that it's strong on coffee in both the aroma and the flavor, it's well balanced, with some sweetness up front and a mild bitterness overall that seems about perfect for this cogs stout.
Overall. Worth seeking out.
