This is a collaboration beer, apparently including Birds Fly South brewery and other local breweries. It was served on tap in a snifter at Kite Hill brewery in Clemson SC.
Appearance. Very cloudy, light brown body with a decent off-white head.
This ale neither looks nor tastes like a typical Belgian quad, their target style. Nonetheless it is tasty with some of the expected traits including notes of dark dried fruits, alcohol and some spices. Belgian yeast and a high ABV are evident.
