Made from 50% malted wheat (Bestmalz Wheat Malt) and 50% malted barley (Briess American 2-Row) this beer was initially inspired by the German wheat beer (hefeweizen) tradition. We employ a traditional American yeast strain (US-05) to produce this very approachable light-colored, unfiltered beer with a soft malt character and little to no bitterness.
