This “hop centered” beer is made with malted barley (90% Briess American 2-Row), a specialty crystal malt (Munich) and a touch (10%) of malted rye. Inspired by the traditional American pale ale, we add hops early in the kettle for bitterness and later in the boil for flavor and aroma. This beer is light in color with an off-white head, it bears the characteristic citrus aroma and a clean, dry finish.
