It all happened so fast. The soft, smooth effect washed over us… pure bliss. Looking back it seems surreal. Did it really happen? Could it really be gone? Only one way to find out. Open another and do it all over again.
INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT
Incredible Cashmere and El Dorado hops from our dear friends Graham Gamache and Danessa Van Wingerden at Cornerstone Ranches in Toppenish, Washington.
TASTING NOTES
Bright notes of candied orange and melon with coconut undertones and round sweetness on the aroma. Extremely soft, creamy and easy drinking, yet dry and refreshing.

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color - too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white heat that died down a bit and left lots of thick lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lime citrus are present in the nose along with hints of herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the smell but has additional notes of honeydew melon and pear; the herbal hops are only noticeable towards the finish. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the taste of this IPA to have some interesting complexities between the flavors.
