Collaboration with Deep Fried Beers

Harmonious.
What if, instead of dividing everything up, we worked together? What if it turns out that’s the most productive way? Silvopastures, where grazing animals are cooled by the shade of fruiting trees, ask these questions. We worked together with Deep Fried Beers on this special pilsner - a symbiotic combination of our love of lagers and the extremely potent hops he loves to work with.

INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS
The famous Nelson Sauvin hop from Susan Wheeler at Hop Revolution in New Zealand, used delicately for a unique hop aroma and supreme repeatability. Susan’s hop farms are integrated with sheep whose grazing helps care for the plants. Carefully fermented and and cold conditioned for 5+ weeks.
